Modern Athletic Co. wasn't built because I wanted to start a business.

It was built because I saw how difficult it had become for many people to receive the kind of care they deserved.

Insurance based healthcare often asks clinicians to do more in less time. Productivity demands, documentation, and administrative requirements can compete with what tru;y matters most. Listening, understanding, educating, and providing individualized care are foundational aspects of Modern Athletic Co.

I wanted to create an environment where those priorities came first.

That's why every visit at Modern Athletic Co. is one-on-one, with time dedicated to understanding your goals, evaluating how you move, and developing a plan that's specific to you with no templates.

Whether your goal is returning to sport, staying active for decades to come, or performing at your highest level, my focus is helping you move with confidence and giving you the knowledge to take ownership of your health long after our sessions are finished.

Because great physical therapy shouldn't just help you recover. It should help you understand your body, make informed decisions, and continue doing the things you love.

Hi, I’m Forrest.

My Approach

Every person brings a different history, different goals, and different demands. Their care should reflect that.

I want you to understand not only what we are doing, but why we are doing it. The goal is to help you move with greater confidence, make informed decisions about your health, and continue progressing long after our work together is complete.

Beyond the Clinic

When I’m not treating patients, you’ll usually find me strength training, running, or grabbing a good cup of coffee. I also enjoy walking my pup around town and exploring everything our area has to offer, from its rich history to its evolving local scene.

I’m a lifelong sports fan and can usually be found watching football, soccer, baseball, or MMA whenever there’s a good matchup on. More recently, I’ve started getting into tennis and have enjoyed learning a new sport from the beginner’s side again.
